1:1 Initial Consult $120
The first consultation is an opportunity for me to meet you and your dog in the comfort of your home. Here you can tell me about any problematic behaviours that your dog currently has demonstrated. I will provide you with some easily digestible information on dog psychology that will help you to better understand your dog’s behaviour. I will also look at how you interact with your dog and help you adjust this in a way that your dog can better understand you.

Training Session $85
Following your one-on-one consult is your training session. The training session will be planned based on the outcomes of the consultation. Using a combination of positive reinforcement and pressure based techniques, the training will focus on your dogs specific needs.
Training can be undertaken either at your home or I can collect your dog and train in your local area. I will let you know prior to the session if I require you to be present in the session or not. This session typically takes between an hour to an hour and a half depending on your dogs progress and attention span.

Pack Walk $45
A pack walk is a great opportunity for your dog to get some exercise and socialisation at the same time. It’s a good opportunity to desensitise your dog to other dogs and make some friends. Please note in order for your dog to be accepted for a pack walk I will need to do an assessment to see how well your dog mixes with the pack and their recall. If your dog does not pass the assessment a couple of training sessions with me may be all he/she needs to join the pack. I will pick up your dog from your home, walk with the pack for an hour to an hour and a half and then drop them back home to you.

Puppy Training $250 (6x weekly sessions)
Why go to puppy school when you can come to me and get 1 on 1 training for your pup that covers more than just the basics. here I will assist you with sit, down, stay, walking on leash, recall, as well as give you some guidelines of how you should interact with your dog in the home and give you some dog psychology tips. this is done over a period of 6 weeks on a weekly basis.
About me

Hi, I’m Charley, and I specialize in dog training and K9 behaviour modification in the Rodney region of Auckland, New Zealand. I offer in-home consultations and one-on-one private training sessions, tailored to suit you and your dog’s needs.
With years of experience working with a wide variety of breeds and behaviours, I understand that dog training isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. What works for one dog may not work for another, which is why I use a customized training plan that combines positive reinforcement with balanced techniques. My goal is to help prevent, manage, and modify unwanted behaviours while reinforcing the good ones—ultimately improving communication between you and your dog.
I also believe that training isn’t just about the dog—it’s just as much about the owner. By helping you adjust how you communicate with your canine companion in a way they truly understand, we bridge the gap, strengthen your bond, and build a relationship based on trust, confidence, and mutual respect.
Let’s work together to bring out the best in your dog and create a happier, more balanced partnership!
